There are following categories in which partners and family members can come to the UK for settlement.

This category is for the partner, child or elderly dependent relative of a British citizen or someone who is settled or settling here.

This category is for the spouses and partners and we advise you that how to get married or registering a civil partnership in the UK, whether you are coming for a short visit or planning to stay here.
5- If your relationship ends
We advise you that what to do if you are a British citizen or settled person and you end your relationship with someone who currently has permission to enter or remain in the UK as your partner.
6- If you are victim of Domestic Violence
We advise you if your are married to British Citizen or settled person and you relationship ends due to being victim of Domestic Violence and help you to obtain settlement visa before the end of your probationary period which in other words is before the end of current visa.
